Kush leaves you trapped in addiction, triggering severe mental illness, paranoia, and violence, while tramadol abuse damages your liver, causes seizures, and leads to deep depression and hopelessness. They rob you of education, break your families, and turn you into someone you were never meant to be. But you have the power to say NO—reject that first offer, walk away from that circle, and choose life over destruction. Seek help from trusted elders, counselors, or youth groups; your future is too valuable to burn away in a puff of smoke or a swallow of pills. Stay clean, stay strong, and build the Sierra Leone we all deserve.
